Important aspects to the Coaching process require certain commitments from the Client / customer:

• Client must buy in “commitment”
• The client must have support of the leadership
• There must be no structural constraints, such as from policies, procedures, organograms and culture
• The agreed outcomes must be within the clients control
• The outcomes must be reasonably feasible.
• The outcomes must have observable criteria.

My training started by assisting people with various Life struggles. I completed my undergrad and post grad in Psychology, which then took me into Crisis intervention through LifeLine where I assisted with the organizations 24 help line. Later on I branched into face to face counselling, where individuals needed assistance with relationships regarding marriage and divorce, HIV pre and post test counselling, Suicidal thoughts and depression, Post Traumatic Stress (Rape Survivors).

Coaching was the next challenge, where the change in structure, was a refreshing approach to assisting people with “Finding Meaning in their life’s by achieving their goals”. Although focusing on Mentally healthy individuals, the difficulties surrounding most individuals family issues or past trauma’s clearly showed as blockages to individuals leading the Life they wanted to, in these circumstances counselling first to help them release from these trappings meant they could then move forward.

As a coach I find that, each client has their own unique story, and being part of the process to assist them in reaching their Life goals is extremely rewarding. As your Coach I bring to each session, my experience and all that I have gained from previous clients. Supporting, and encouraging you to achieve your goals offering a safe place to express.
